*Telehealth Only

I am a Wisconsin based online therapist offering telehealth therapy sessions for teens and adults looking for support.

I’m based in the northwestern part of Wisconsin, hoping to serve people in these areas where it’s often hard to find a therapist.  Even though we will be working together through telehealth, my goal is to also help you feel connected by being a part of the same community. I can serve all of Wisconsin as well, and know we’ll enjoy our Midwest connection no matter where you are.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, or unsure how to set boundaries without feeling guilty. Others feel exhausted from trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling with depression, stress, or grief.

When life starts to feel this heavy, I look forward to offering you a space where you can slow down, talk things through, and make sense of what you’re experiencing.

Teens (Ages 12+)

The teenage years come with a lot to navigate. School expectations, friendships, family dynamics, and figuring out who you are can all feel like a lot to carry. I work with teens to create a space where they can talk honestly, feel understood, and learn practical ways to cope with stress and difficult emotions.

I also involve parents in the process so they can better support their teen outside of sessions. The goal is to help teens build skills while also strengthening communication and support at home.

Common concerns I help teens with include:

  • Anxiety and worry
  • Depression and low mood
  • School stress and academic pressure
  • Social anxiety
  • Friendship and relationship challenges
  • Identity and self-discovery
  • Self-harm or suicidal thoughts
  • Managing intense emotions
  • Family stress and communication challenges

Adults

I also work with young adults and adults of all ages who are navigating the challenges that come with different stages of life. This might include managing anxiety or depression, adjusting to new responsibilities, navigating relationships, or working through patterns like people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries.

Many of the people I work with are trying to balance the demands of work, relationships, and everyday life while also wanting to better understand themselves and take better care of their mental health.

Common concerns I help adults with include:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Stress and burnout
  • Life transitions
  • Grief and loss
  • People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
  • Dating and relationship challenges
  • Developing coping skills and self-care practices

My Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, meaning I believe people are the experts on their own lives, and therapy works best when we work together to find strategies that actually fit.

I often incorporate practical coping tools along with strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For some clients, therapy focuses on building skills to manage stress and emotions. For others, it also involves understanding patterns that may have developed earlier in life and how they continue to show up today.

If this approach resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy crafting projects, listening to music, spending time with my family, and relaxing at home with my dog.
