Licensed Psychotherapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP)

Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist

We are looking for passionate psychotherapists to come join our dedicated private practice group in Hudson, WI, serving the Twin Cities east metro and St. Croix River Valley.

Our group puts the well being of the therapist first with no minimum session requirements, a generous fee split, and support for balanced living between work, family, and fun.

We are a pillar in our community for high quality counseling services, with specialties in couples therapy, child and play therapy, family therapy, attachment work and trauma therapy.

Part time and full time positions are available, for either licensed or pre-licensed therapists.

Supervision is available on site as well as quality mentorship for growing your skills with play therapy, couples therapy including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, EMDR, and more.

Our therapists enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the benefit of group support. We highly value a healthy, collaborative, and supportive work environment for our therapists to support them in doing their best work.

The positions are as an independent contractors. We are providers for many insurance companies (not including MA, Medicare), and offer cash services as well. Credentialed therapists will be able to join our group contracts with insurance companies.

A good fit for our office is someone who pursues advanced training and education, values being independent in their own practice, is effective at managing their own schedules and hours, contributes to supportive efforts for our community’s mental wellness, and wants the support and collaboration of a group. We offer a generous fee split in order to allow the therapists more freedom and flexibility to work at a pace that provides the highest quality of care for our clients.

We are located in WI, but a reciprocity license from MN is very simple and we will help you get it done.
